## Deposits

All deposits are fully refundable until manufacturing of your unit begins.

Once we notify you that manufacturing has commenced, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance.

## Cancellations

To cancel your order and request a refund, email hello@terobaths.com.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

## Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.
