## 5. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
- You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage within 7 days.

## 6. Refunds and Returns

- Deposits for pre-orders are fully refundable until manufacturing of your unit begins.
- Once manufacturing has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

## 7. Product Use and Safety

- Tero Baths products must be installed and used in accordance with provided instructions.
- Products require appropriate electrical connections. Installation must comply with local regulations.
