## Warranty Period

Tero Baths products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for 2 years.

## What's Covered

- Bath shell and structure
- Heating and filtration system
- Electrical components
- Control panel and app connectivity

## What's Not Covered

- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by water quality or failure to maintain proper water chemistry

## Proof of Purchase

Original invoice or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.

## Transferability

This warranty is transferable to a new owner if the product is sold or transferred during the warranty period. The new owner must provide proof of the original purchase.

## How to Claim

Contact us at keelan@terobaths.com with:

- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video if applicable

We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 48 business hours.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

## Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
